Pros
A great team to work with, with good benefits, and a good in-office setting. Senior leadership felt connected with a lot of the employees. Transparent company in many ways.
Cons
Failures at the leadership level were blamed on the employees. Blatant layoffs, firing people without appropriate reasons. People were forced into PIP so they could be fired.
