Final payment has been pending for over 100 days with no resolution. Lack of communication and accountability from management regarding payment issues. Emails and follow-ups are ignored, showing poor professionalism.

I've been with a lot of outsourcing companies before and honestly they are all the same. Once they deploy you to their client, that's about it. But the only difference here is that they pay above market range than other outsourcing companies who will really try to lowball you. I got exposed to a lot of cool brands and I got to practice my skillset thoroughly.

Not much interaction between management and contractor, but the client they deployed me into is awesome. So I guess it depends on their clients if you will have an awesome experience. Not really a cons but the Independent Contractor set up. Obviously, don't expect the usual employee benefits.
