"Team" and "Individual" performance both get recognition by Management 6. Don't worry about your "Bad project manager" - Management Take care of that 7. Seniors give freedom for works 8. your work will get an appreciation 9. knowledge sharing work culture 10. Sodexo meal pass for all employees

      Pros

      Productive and Fun work place. Work culture is good. We had lot of opportunity to learn new technologies. I had a wonderful experience working in this company. Since this was my first company that I worked for after I did my undergraduate studies I got to learn a lot about how the industry works and also was also a really fun environment to work at.

      Cons

      The management is not so great.

      Employee Friendly, Work environment and the care on each employee growth, policies favor to employees.

      I haven't noticed any Cons for now. This is the company which is always developing from day to day experience.
