Pros
You meet some good people
Cons
You are overworked and underpaid. As Regional field director I made a total of $1600 a week, which sounds amazing in theory. However after taxes only 1,200, due to HR taking the highest amount possible out of my check despite the amount I had chosen. So realistically I was only able to make a total of $13 a hour with the 12hour shifts they had me working 7 days a week. Management treats all employees as expendable. They care a lot more about numbers than they do our canvassers. This shows in their lack of supplies, their inability to set firm break schedules especially during their extended shifts. The zero craps they give about dangerous situations, and their inability to give anyone Training about HR. In addition, management is horrible they are constantly changing polices without notifying anyone. Therefore everyone has different information. There is no organization at all. HR seems to have a hard time paying everyone the right amount of money. At times, this company seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen. The turnover rate of this company is incredibly due to all the reasons above, which is why you are promoted so quickly. This company puts on a act claiming that they care about the movements you do, however do not be fooled they are just another company looking to profit of political agendas. Do not work for this company unless you are desperate.
