The pay is above average for begginning employees with little to no experience it's all on the job training, no degree is needed. Younger people may enjoy working with them to gain valuable experience.

Due to the nature of the work at deputy and Field director levels there is not much flexibility in work schedule, but if you have a good team concessions can be made.
