      Pros

      Able to spend time researching anything of interest, occasional engaging projects with promising starts, some time interacting with intelligent, fascinating fellows.

      Cons

      Turnover rate is the highest I've ever seen or heard of (I think it was 75% while I was there), organization does not have the confidence of contractors in order to win contracts so there is no money, no coherent vision for the future, extraordinary communication failures despite being a tiny office.
