Pros
They pay you a paycheck every 2 weeks, even if it's woefully inadequate.
Cons
They send out surveys they ignore the answers from. The management often acts/feels/speaks like they're better than those doing the work but they push their jobs down onto those below them. They try to be inclusive but they're not. There's entirely too many managers/csuite execs sitting around collecting fat cheques for going to meetings all day meanwhile too few staff to do the work. Even after being with the company a LONG time, they still won't pay you fairly & when you question it, they make you feel ungrateful & like a bad team member. They're trying to force staff back to offices - even if they were hired remote during COVID. Trying to move up is like pulling teeth unless you know someone to get you there - nepotism is BAD here. Heavily male dominated company with a lot of 'lockeroom talk'/old boys club & people who aren't that are expected to deal. HR is incompetent - you will be told untruths, gaslit & brag about paying the lowest salary for the best talent. They regularly do layoffs, so much so it's called firing season, so you won't have security unless you do a niche job or you've gotten to management. Waste is HUGE at the upper levels. Always complaining about costs but Execs are never curbed. CEO is tone-deaf and no one can stand him but he's a 'living legend' who believes his own hype & surrounds himself with yes people.
