Pros
- Modern office - Fruits at work - Lunch once a week
Cons
- Absolutely awful experience - Several fake promises made by way of culture and values speech but it turns out to be "all talk and no sense" - Leadership is very inexperienced and takes no action where they are supposed to. - Several wrong practices are followed in-house by way of poor performance management. - There is no clear strategy plan for company progression - turns out the leaders are not interested in increasing profits in the long run, instead just maintain a laid back day to day environment - No clear action is taken even where concrete issues are flagged and ample evidence provided. - The mid management suffers the most due to poor senior leadership and ineffective management styles - Poor infrastructure and malfunctioning laptops despite the fact they are technology company - nothing is done to improve this - a silent stress and tension can be continuously perceived coming from top down management - no annual appraisals meaning just criticise and punish individuals eventually forcing them out through the door via performance reviews which are very ineffective and poorly managed. - some trainings provided but they are clearly meaningless in their environment - they clearly know there are several things needing improvement, but have no idea what to improve and how? Very poor planning - shamble way of people management in some cases offering permanent contracts for only fixed term contract roles, eventually ending them after they get their work done - racist and sexist behaviours felt commonly within people in the culture - unfortunately politics is seriously taking over this place.
