Pros
There are people there who have been there for 40 years, and lots of employees who are very knowledgeable, kind and hard working. The products are high quality. The on boarding process is very good, the benefits are in line with industry standards.
Cons
No cafeteria. Just got bought by Honeywell who seems pretty benevolent but there is always uncertainty there
