      Pros

      Good small scale IT services company with great cultural & work life balance. Some of the loyal employees are extremely sound & great to work with.

      Cons

      No cross-company communication. Lack of engagement. Each account kind of operates separately. flexibility to know more about other accounts/project is close to none.
