      - Smart, friendly, helpful, supportive staff - Exciting and important environmental work - Interdisciplinary work - Diverse tasks that give me experience in field work, policy and regulations, technical and educational writing, administrative tasks, and environmental education

      Cons

      As an intern I must be very careful about what hours I work, and following all OSHA regulations. There is no flexibility with working overtime or working extra hours off the clock. Very strict about following OSHA regulations. This is very much a PRO, it just takes some getting used to as interns these days are accustomed to working a lot for little or no money with little concern for OSHA regulations.
