Pros
-good discount 40% at Ck as well as other 4 locations which are bass izod van huesen and tommy hilfiger . -nothing else i can think of
Cons
-there definitely is favoritism with the manager, assistant manager and sales associates. -they dont pay well at all for how much they mark up and sell their items for -no room to grow unless manager and assistant manager leave. - hours suck part time ranging from 5 hrs-15 or 20 if they like you -will not give me hours more than twice a week and 5 hrs a day but when holidays near and even with two weeks notice they do not tolerate or take requests off. -dont even let you change schedule or switch shifts with someone if you have something really important to do even with 2 weeks notice -treat you like you are not important to them but to you calvin klein should come first before family which even corporate business/ chemical companies dont even make you do. Im an in no way biased I have worked for over 5 retail divisions in my life so far and calvin klein at the crossings would be a good place to work if you were a manager or are in high school or do not have a degree. they are very strict about everything like i said and treat you like you are a slave to ck making you work whenever they want you to but not negociating when you need a day off which is ridiculous no other company ive worked for has done that. i dont care if i get negative votes for this for speaking the truth. listen to my advice if you want an honest opinion. only work here if you are really desperate.
