We work very hard to ensure the culture is conducive to not only a productive work environment, but also one where there is fun amongst employees and management. For efficiency purposes, all CARCHEX employees are paid on a semi-monthly basis although, Call Transfer Agents earn weekly based commissions that average $800 -$1,200 additional per month.
