Cons
The company has changed significantly in the last few years and not in a good way. The culture has shifted and it is no longer a company worth working for. Everyone is expendable and no one is valued. The company is disguised as a Christian company yet still operates as a good old boy CRE company just like all the others. The CEO and upper management are vindictive against anyone who voices an opposing opinion. This is not a company you can stay with long term. If you do, you will sacrifice significant commissions compared to what you could make elsewhere. They tell agents that it will be about a year before they start making money yet in reality, you’ll be lucky to break over $100k until year 3 or beyond. Many of the decisions and policies are made out of fear to bully brokers/agents into submitting to things that are not in their best interests.
