      Pros

      Have spent 7.5 years here. The company recognises your work and you can put up your ideas without the fear of been judged. Cars24 is indeed my second home!!!

      Cons

      The company awards you for meritocracy and ownership -2 of our core values. As VC says " we build culture " and thats why I dont find anything negative in the company !!

      1. Liberty to present ideas, express your opinion and follow if its for the benefit of the company 2. Manage projects on you own and be responsible for all the achievements or failure .
