- Middle management is good, though there are no longer many left due to redundancies and departures. - "Recharge" days off, although these are 1 and done initiatives that aren't kept around by head office.
Cons
- Lack of clear direction, conflicting goals amongst teams causing internal clash. - Toxic workplace environment caused by a majority of senior leadership team. - Feedback is addressed mainly through emails rather than taking action. - Multiple unnecessary redundancies, including founding members who contributed to the company's growth. - Lack of adherence to stated company values
