      There were no pros working here.

      Cons

      Do not reward employees, work balance. Told me I wasn't worth a payrise even though I was exceeding expectations. Had to work a three month notice period after I handed my notice in which meant I was unable to get another job. No support from management.

      Co-workers are amazing. The small individual teams are great. The company is trying, and you can see the effort.

      They have just been bought, so a lot of chaos at the company right now.
