Corporate is an absolute joke. The president is only in position because his mom was the former CEO of Crate. He hires his friends to work in high up positions so there's absolutely no chance of working your way up through the company. The pay is an absolute joke too. Not even close to a liveable wage being full time. Ended up being in debt after my time with the company because they don't give store employees raises. Don't worry though, they're opening tons of new stores in the upcoming years and want to be a billion dollar company? Clearly the only way to do that is by making your employees work for poverty wages. There is a commison incentive! Sell $1 million and they will give you $250 as a thank you for all your hard work. Really gives you that motivation to go the extra mile, not. Just an absolute joke of a company.
