      Clean, fairly well organized , air conditioning,

      No drug testing, do not care at all about emoloyees. Do not engage and challenge the employees , minimal room for advancement. Archaic approach to mfg Customer satisfaction not important

      Ability to grow and learn. Wide variety of skills to use and learn often. Pleasant coworkers. Allow you to really use problem solving.

      Micro-management can be horrendous and frustrating.

      Learned alot, not bad pay.

      Cons

      Constant micro-management from supervisors who would could care less about fulfilling their roles. No recognition of positive contributions. No thanks or pay increase or anything.
