Pros
Great work/life balance and the company is constantly holding social activities for their employees. A lot of very close knit teams. The CEO meets with all of the employees and is very welcoming. He’s somebody that you could have a conversation with in the halls. They do an engagement survey every two years and he, as well as the department heads, read every word of it. Our team is constantly encouraged to bring forth new ideas. In one meeting in particular, in a large team gathering, they implored everyone in attendance to give honest feedback and even meet with HR or others if they had ideas on what could be made better.
Cons
Not much on the cons side. They are starting to run out of space but this actually speaks more to the “pros” as it underlines their ability to recruit and retain talent.
