Pros

Work to life balance is very good for sales and marketing employees who don't care about customers. not so good for dev team or so-called customer service. also if you happen to care about customers and have to fight fires all day it can be very discouraging.

Cons

challenges of working here are that the company doesn't invest in growth, and tries to get more and more out of each Client without really adequately servicing or staffing each Client account. Primary account owners are very junior people who don't have experience managing enterprise Clients, and don't understand their business. Clients get dissatisfied quickly, and internal silos get defended at Client's expense.
