Flexible work from home job but otherwise literally nothing.
Cons
It often feels like nobody knows what is going on and it can be tough to find someone to get you the right help. You can get 4 different answers from 4 different people on the same question. Pay and benefits are not great for what they expect from you. Supervisors are very hit or miss. I had one that was great and two that didn't seem to care. You start to feel like a robot that is expected to do more more more. I haven't had a one on one meeting with my supervisor in months so it's hard to gauge how well I'm doing. Oh yeah and hopefully you get in with the right clique here otherwise you'll feel pretty isolated. There is a huge lack of training in all aspects of this job. So many redundant processes as well. It's such a headache and they do not make it easy on you. QC employees may be some of the worst people I've ever had to deal with. Super arrogant and they are not always right. Question everything here. This has been the worst job I've ever had and I will not be here much longer.
