Pros
There are really good people that work there and a lot of work flexibility on what a work day looks like. As long as you get your billable hours by the end of the week, nobody cares. There is also work from home flexibility every week. It seems like a good place to work for higher management that have a bigger salary.
Cons
The starting pay is terrible and way below industry standard. PTO is taken out if you do not hit your hours. Your hours rely on other employees giving you work, not the demand for work. If demand for work is high but no one gives you work then you are out of luck. There is a lot of passive aggressiveness from management especially if you don't have lots of experience in the field. The hiring process is good but the training is really bad. There is little training and then if you don't know what you are doing there is no help. No one will want to give you work because it hurts their end of year bonus by the amount of time a new hire takes on projects. There are lots of benefits but benefits don't pay bills.
