Cons
From a partner/vendor perspective, we experienced serious issues with escalation, accountability, and decision-making at the senior level. A significant and legitimate transaction was later disputed via a credit card chargeback rather than addressed through direct communication. This action caused unnecessary operational disruption, administrative burden, and strain on financial processes. The dispute was ultimately reviewed and resolved in the vendor’s favour by the payment processor, reinforcing that the charges were valid and the services had been delivered and used. The situation suggested a lack of internal controls around billing disputes and an overly aggressive approach to conflict resolution, which created avoidable friction and risk for counterparties.
