Pros
- I had a lot of freedom and trust from leads to develop new things and improve old things. - People are really nice and kind - The environment is really beautiful and stimulating - Job is stable, there are people working for more than 10, 15 years - Warsaw is a great city, an European capital city with balanced cost of living (except renting) - Nice perks and gifts - Although higher management fails in many things, you can see that they're always trying to improve
Cons
- Although the job is stable and you can indeed work your way up and grow your career there, great part of the effort comes from relationships with the right people - If you're not a political person you can become invisible - The overall management fails in standardizing the teams, if you're lucky you can have an amazing team, great and smart lead and colleagues, well balanced life, everything you dreamed for, but there are other teams completely the opposite, toxic environment, bad lead and crunching a lot. - Salaries can be low
