      Pros

      Great Culture, understanding management, lots of training and development involved. Not micromanaged, as long as you're billing / hitting KPI's you can get on with things your own way.

      Cons

      I would of said that the company could hire more diverse staff but they have done over the last 6-12 months so no Cons I can think of.

      Pros

      There are no pros to working here besides unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      Very low pay. No training. A lot of micromanaging and hate from management. Discriminatory comments are made by managers often and there is a very heavy and unprofessional drinking culture here. Benefits are nonexistent and hours are expected to be more than 40+ a week. Office space is small and crowded. Wouldn’t recommend. This company needs an HR department.
