      Pros

      Pay was good. Some really great people worked there.

      Cons

      New management came in without wanting to understand how the company worked. Determined to do it their way, wouldn't listen to people with 10-20 years of experience. Over-promised to corporate and customers, forcing extremely long hours for the manufacturing team. Managed so poorly, company is in its death spiral. But at least the guy that caused it left!??

      Great people at the middle management level and below

      Cons

      Top management is unstable. High turnover, lots of change. Had to continually keep teaching them so they could help improve the company, but then they would leave and we would be without upper management for months, and then have to start all over again with the next upper management they hired. They kept hiring upper management replacements of the same demographic.
