Pros
Great company to work for. Extremely lovely colleagues, perks fantastic, facilities great - nothing to complain about when it comes to working with this company but for an attitude of them vs us between the investment and operations teams. Staff turnover is really low which speaks volumes about the company. A company I would love to work for again. Company looks after its staff. Highly recommended
Cons
Had two horrible managers but colleagues were really lovely. A bit difficult to get promoted in the back office because teams are already saturated at the top. Salary wasn't great.
