      Monthly Starbucks and Lunch Great Hours

      Management. This job was great when I started but I constantly went to HR to speak about my supervisor who never really acted like a supervisor. She was rude, lacked empathy, and truly didn't care for anyone working below her. Myself and several other employees, those who still work there and have left, all made the same remarks about this supervisor. I would not recommend working here at all unless you don't mind being treated like just a number at your job. Lastly, I thought working for a smaller company meant I would be valued more, in actuality you come to find out that these companies tend to get away with more and try to fly under the radar.

      Pros

      The Managers are extremely helpful and want to help you grow. The work environment is easy going and peaceful. The owner is extremely selfless and helps employees in any way he can. The open door policy really allows you to feel heard. Since I joined I have felt part of a team. The owner truly has a golden heart.

      I'm usually amazing at pointing out the cons, but I find it extremely hard to think of anything.

      Entry level normal business hours

      Unethical business practices, poor leadership, no HR team, illegal business practices, poor communication, low moral with employees. Leadership threatens to take pay after it’s earned even after advising that is illegal. Leadership speaks very aggressively to people openly. No (paid) sick days, personal days, and minimal vacation. I was required to sign an agreement to repay part of my training pay if I didn’t work at least a certain period of time before resigning.
