The owner and managers care about their employees and are always willing to help you grow in your position and as a person. The environment and people that you work with never make it a dull day in the office.

Entry level normal business hours

Unethical business practices, poor leadership, no HR team, illegal business practices, poor communication, low moral with employees. Leadership threatens to take pay after it’s earned even after advising that is illegal. Leadership speaks very aggressively to people openly. No (paid) sick days, personal days, and minimal vacation. I was required to sign an agreement to repay part of my training pay if I didn’t work at least a certain period of time before resigning.
