      People still care about you at the team level. Above average benefits package

      Strategic leadership has demonstrated a consistent and widening gap between the changing business and geninune leadership. "Management" and "Leadership" seems to be an increasingly inter-changed set of words that neither mean the same thing, nor require the same skill sets. The leadership skillset is deeply lacking top down.

      This company has changed and not for the better. I started working here under Edwardson and was blessed to experience Tom Richards. When the new CEO C.L took over the company started cutting back on perks and implementing layoffs. This last one seemed so cold and tone deaf. It definitely left a bad taste. I'm blessed to still be here but I am actively looking at other opportunities. It is so sad what is becoming of this place
