      Free food, Good people, Good resources

      Cons

      Favoritism, aggressive management, no work life balance, uneven distribution of high potential accounts, Awful pay with a pay decrease upon promotion, changes in commission structure for no real reason, claim "uncapped commission" but you are fully capped with the book they give you

      Pros

      CDW is a solid contracting company. Any time I had an issue or concern they responded quickly and provided clear paths to resolution. Communication was consistent and they handled problems professionally without leaving you to figure things out on your own.

      Cons

      As with most contract roles, there is limited visibility into long-term opportunities beyond the assigned engagement.
