Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We appreciate candid feedback, especially when it reflects a deep care for CData and its future. We recognize that periods of change—whether related to leadership, strategy, or new technologies—can feel disruptive and challenging. Our focus on AI is rooted in long-term competitiveness and innovation, but we are very clear that technology is not a substitute for thoughtful leadership, strong collaboration, or human judgment. We continue to learn, adjust, and invest in building practical, responsible applications that truly support our people and customers. Organizational health and team effectiveness remain top priorities for our leadership team. We actively seek input, monitor engagement signals, and take feedback seriously as we evolve how we lead, communicate, and work together. Change is not always easy, but we are committed to listening, improving, and ensuring this remains a place where people can do meaningful work and grow. We encourage employees to share feedback directly through internal channels as well, as open dialogue is essential to making progress together.

Pros

Remote, decent benefits. Good coworkers for the most part. Product is valuable, but is limited in use.

Cons

I thought I was going to be an anomaly, but I'm joining the train of other bad reviews I see here for good reason, this company doesn't actually grow in any tangible way, it just shuffles people in and out to maintain the illusion of growth. Top heavy for no reason. Countless VPs, SVPs etc.. with little to no idea how to manage the tech, customers, or product. Leadership changes every 3 months so no one really cares about any initiatives, and today they bring in yet another one who will predictably bite the dust in a quarter or two.
