Pros
My advice would be not to join this company, otherwise you will be regretting your decision later for sure. Apart from salary getting credited on time (by 7th every month) nothing else is there that can be considered as a pros working here. All in all nothing good can be found at CEBS.
Cons
1. CEBS is a small level organization, joining as a fresher here means get ready to work as a slave for them. 2. Your performance will be judged on the basis of how many hours you are staying in the office, if you are completing your 9 hours usual shift that means you are not doing any work according to the management. 3. An individual will never get a single word of praise for his/her hard work no matter how much effort he/she puts in. 4. They could ask you to work on anything whether it is of your area of expertise/interest or not. 5. MD is very rude and unprofessional, consider employees as slave. 6. Worst HR ever, basically bunch of biggest liars, you will never find liars of such level anywhere throughout your life. Don't ever trust words from HR's. 7. The mentality of the management is such that they even keep track of your break duration too, if you are taking longer breaks means you don't have any work to do, you will get the call from the manager for the same. 8. The most important work only comes when you are about to leave the office, your Team Lead or Manager will assign the task at that moment only so that you can't leave office. 9. The thing which will hurt you most working there as a employee is that you will not get support from your Team Lead or Manager ever. They will never stand by your side in any scenario. 10. They have a tendency of firing employees without giving them any appropriate reason, once you complete your assigned work/project you are simply of no use for them and they will fire you. 11. Every year during summers office AC stops working in the month of May-June and employees are forced to work in hell like atmosphere because you can't raise any issue, if you will raise an issue then you will get irrelevant or illogical reply for the same. 12. Washrooms are very much unhygienic, you will find lizards crawling here & there inside the office premises, if you raise an alert for this you will get reply that this is something which can't be stopped and this use to happen in every office. 13. Almost 5 out of 10 Review on Glass door are fake for this organization, they are either being posted by HR themselves or the new joiners have been asked to post positive reviews.Nobody will post a positive review for such organization by his/her wish for sure. Also i came across the replies/comment from the HR's on certain reviews here, their replies basically shows their standard, as we all know that truth is very hard to digest,they simply show their frustration by using such words for the former employees. I have simply posted the things which i faced during my service tenure in CEBS.
