Pros
The people I got the opportunity to work with were great. Pat Cantner was an exceptional leader and mentor during my time at CEDA. I had opportunities to travel with my role and enjoyed getting to know various areas of our business. Never a shortage of projects or things to take on.
Cons
Senior leadership team made hasty decisions without realizing the impact to the business. They let go of three female leaders within the organization (the only females at that level) and then turned around and promoted individuals just to "fill the void" without those people having any education or experience in that department or as a leader in general. It become immediately clear that these individuals didn't understand their new responsibilities or value of the team. It quickly fell back into being an old boys club. The first thing to go was the culture and respect to its employees. Communication about the changes became no-existent.
