Not stable, stressful not knowing if you will get fired at the end of the month., every month is a clear out to make numbers. Witnessed this for a long time. No consistency. Young management not experienced enough . Departmental issues. Especially in the shipping and Human Resources department. They try to make you feel important. Over load of work ; expectations are not reasonable. In my opinion, working directly with this team they are firing the wrong people. It’s a shame
