Our mission to to help bring people to a better place. We believe God made each of us with something special and unique and different from everyone else. Aligning those attributes correctly with what we do on a daily basis (and just as and maybe more importantly with what we do not do) is the emphasis of of our companies work. Once we are aligned correctly we can be heard, and trusted, and truly empowered and there is this wonderful upward momentum and feeling of fulfillment in work.
Cons
With strong and wonderful culture there is the temptation for us to put work ahead of parts of life that should be more important than work.
