      I've been with CEI for around 7 years now. Throughout my career, I have appreciated having a work-life balance, scheduling flexibility, the possibility to work from home, positive evaluations, and good management.

      Pros

      Recruiting Director is so domineering that you don't have to wonder what is expected of you.

      Cons

      Have become AI obsessed. KPI's continue to increase as they believe AI is a magic pill. Trying so hard to be like other major recruiting agencies that they've forgot what had made them different.
