Pros
Solid company to work for. They are very big on safety and have a safety record to prove that. Management and Union have a good relationship making the working enviroment very pleasant.
Cons
You are going to work long hours with no set start or end time. I am a staff enployee not union and with that in mind the pay is decent but not great. I have been with Cemex sense Oct. 2018 and still am waiting on things to be set up for me.
