Pros
CEMEX is an old company with modern day working values. Like most modern companies that value & trusts their employees, CEMEX adapted to the way it works following the COVID pandemic. You are given autonomy and flexibility at CEMEX from the get go. You are never micromanaged. You are expected to be the expert in the job you are recruited for and are given full responsibility. It has a grounded down to earth culture, people don't patronise, they listen and they work with you. It's a big business and of course there are procedures and politic barriers to navigate, but it's a business where things get done. The pay scale is great. The holidays are fully flexible. There is no official start or finish time. It's a culture where you are in total control and it's refreshing.
Cons
The pension scheme isn't quite as competitive as some other large companies, but it's still good nonetheless.
