Had to call tape every night at 6:00 Pm. to get start time for next day, many times after you got in at your scheduled time you were sent home! Truck boss would tell a person one thing and do something entirely different. They have been trying to get rid of union employees since the company was bought from Rinker, have union and non union plants and put a gag order in effect so that union employees could not speak with non union employees! Supervision refuses to try to work with employees! Company went from one of the best places I ever worked when it was owned by Kiewit & Sons, United Metro Materials, etc. to the worst place I ever worked when Cemex bought it out and I worked there for many years!
