Leadership is approachable and creates multiple avenues for feedback. They crowdsource solutions within the company and actually implement ideas based on feedback.
They are hiring amazing talent at the top and moving the company in a positive direction.
Reasonable billing expectations and the opportunity to earn bonuses.
I've seen several centers receive updates and increased efforts in training.
Cons
You have to be responsible for your work/life balance. They will work with you, but they are still a company that has to meet the bottom line.
There are a few centers that can be more difficult to work in than others, but I do see leadership working through the issues.
