Don’t recommend - QHSE Specialist CEVA Logistics Employee Review

QHSE actually already clear what the role is. But Regional Management not really competent or suitable for the role, not sure about the work scope and make it looks like the department doesn’t really know what they should focus on. Everything always say it is from Global, even when it doesn’t really make logic sense but too bad we cannot verify. Try too hard to want to shine in front of Global boss and end up local department suffer. Do not know what is happening on the ground and wants things to be imposed even when it is impractical. No use sharing feedback, no wonder so many good coworkers across the region left within the year.
