Pros
The young and immature structures allow huge personal growth as there is plenty of work to be done. Except the Operational&Lean expertise being the DNA of the company practically everything else is new so you are pioneering in many areas like Finance, HR, Sales, Solution Design, IT (in professional corporate terms...not that these areas do not exist). The people in the teams are very creative and dedicated and working together to make this company a better place (...or maybe to develop themselves before joining a mature company).
Cons
Young corporation combined from various local companies. Immature and very unstructured with huge differences and lack of knowledge transfer from region to region...only the logo is identical. Very poor HR skills amongst management including enormous micro-management.....extremely weak (or not existing) professional motivation, engagement or resource development with employees being treated and considered as resources/numbers (not human beings with feelings, etc). Work-Life balance does not exist with multitasking being a daily expectation of management...in effect doing the work for a couple of people (as the resources are simply not there due to budget restrictions) becomes your daily work nature with management being disappointed when you don't do overtime or take the work home.
