Pros
Extremely laid back employee owned feel to the job. Perfect for someone who works with their hands and if you need help everyone is willing to lend you a hand with anything and everything.
Cons
No management. No manager to dictate what the dispatchers are supposed to do so it's up to the Driver Lead to govern the responsibilities. Gets crazy at times. It's union which is great but there is no chapter for the union in state so it feels like you don't matter.
