Pros
-Flexible to OT (but recently change of boss had to justify on OT) -Nice & fun place to work at with colleagues but overall depends on which department you are in (airline house)
Cons
-Micromanage bosses -No increment even after a year of working -Management stingy on hiring new staff (manpower issues everyday) -Low pay yet high expectations on quality of work -Do not value workers -Can be mundane (routine job)
