Nothing is good in here.

1. Zero growth.Only got knowledge for generating drafting and BOM.No calculation knowledge or FEA analysis knowledge got there. 2. Pressure remains 365 days. 3. Unable to take leave even though so many leaves are pending. 4. Over time happens everyday with zero over time pay. And even they will force you to go to factory on weekend without payment. 5. Zero promotion happenes due to bad politics and some handicapped people, who doesn't know to draft or generating BOM. 6. So called MNC is actually a Lala company.

Better for freshers to join as the company makes them industry ready.

Growth seems slow for the under performers.
