Pros
Some of the best people to work with, offers flexibility in work and the culture of work is task oriented not 'hours spent in office' oriented - you will be recognized for accomplishing the task, not by hours you are in the office, open door policy - you can approach any level of management with any issue you want to talk about
Cons
promotion strucutre is rigid and at times not adhered to, recognition of hard work can get ignored although that could be more circumstantial. Because the company is very large (over 30,000 employees worlwide), there is not much personal touch - the bench policy is very harsh (you get laid off when you are on bench for 3 weeks and do not find a project, even though you may have been a good performer and have successfully completed your previous role).
