      There is no pros. The owner is a modern slave driver that keeps employees submissive under threat of termination. Secretaries/ office workers are trained to pressure and push technicians to the work limit

      They have no Values and no respect for workers.

      Pros

      CGP has great leadership and a solid culture. They are not afraid to help you develop professionally and personally. CGP is a great place to work.

      Cons

      You might wear a lot of hats at times, but everyone at the company is willing to help each other with the work load.

      Pros

      None, absolutely nothing - don’t be fooled by the 3 week training. Look for bed bugs and mice/rats in the hotels that are booked for you

      Cons

      Horrible training! NO ACTUAL PROCESS. Will be a PM and PC rolled into one. Sales team are bullies. Arizona office are bullies as well. Do yourself favor and do not work here!!!!!!
