      The rewards and praise and acknowledgement from management when goals were met.

      Keeping on top of extremely high volumes of calls whenever there would of been large amounts of rainfall or weather related from the night/ weekend before

      Great working environment. Too Bad it was bought out and closed.

      A couple of bad managers that did not support staff.

      CGU had some good people working for it but they were often micro-managed resulting in less than stellar performance.

      Cons

      Micro-managment by Home Office middle managment.
